Base Wage Increases

Wages are paid weekly with the ability to earn increases as your tenure progresses. 
Earned Wage Access

As part of our Warehouse and Fulfillment Center Team, you can enroll in Payactiv’s earned wage access program, which allows you to access a portion of your earned wages before your regular payday. 
Time Off

Our Team Members are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) and Unpaid Time Off (UTO). Chewy also recognizes holidays in our Fulfillment Centers which offer the additional benefit of Holiday Pay. 
Health Insurance

We offer affordable plan options for medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision coverage. If you choose to enroll, your coverage will be effective the 1st day of the month following your hire date.  
HSA and FSA

Our Team Members can take advantage of a Health Savings Account (HSA), as well as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for medical and dependent care, which allow for pre-tax contributions. 
401(k) Retirement

We provide a company match on your contributions that become yours subject to a vesting schedule. 
Disability Benefits

We provide financial support for Team Members unable to work due to disability through
Short- and Long-Term Disability income replacement benefits.  
Parental Leave

Our parental leave policy provides partial income replacement for maternity leave through our Short-Term Disability benefits, and after one year of employment, additional bonding time to care for a newborn or newly placed child. 
Family Support

We support our Team Members with backup dependent care, fertility assistance, adoption, and surrogacy support.  
Pet Adoption

We offer pet adoption reimbursement for pets adopted through not-for-profit shelters.
