This program offers the time, space, and support to identify real problems, experiment boldly, and build solutions that can shape the future of e-commerce and pet care.

Participants work alongside peers and teams at Chewy to develop AI-driven ideas from concept to execution. Throughout the fellowship, you’ll have opportunities to share your progress, receive feedback, and engage directly with senior leaders across the company. The experience is designed to reward curiosity, initiative, and thoughtful problem-solving, giving you the freedom to explore and the runway to make a lasting impact.

What you'll need to succeed:


We’re looking for bold thinkers who thrive under pressure, embrace ambiguity, and challenge the impossible. You should be intellectually curious, open to refining ideas, and skilled in both leadership and collaboration.   


  • Currently enrolled in a top-tier undergrad program (graduating in spring 2026)
  • Passionate about AI, innovation, and the future of commerce   
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills   
  • Proven ability to excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
